I have a guy who wants to sell me a good conditioned Glock 20 gen 2 for $450. I can't get him to drop any less. I can get a newer gen 3 or 4 for around $570 at best. Anybody carry these models and/or have an opinion?

I want this gun for it's stopping power and multiple rounds.

Most used guns run around the $400 range, so he's in the ball park.

I myself have had very little experience with Glocks.

I never pay more than $450 for a Glock, but I will buy it if I need it from 400-450. Leo Mil discount is 409+tax at a dealer. Seldom will you find one less than 400.

get the serial number and check with glock in smyrna for a recall on it. I bought a glock 21 and learned it was recalled. Glock rebuilt the gun basicly giving me a completely new gun.

It's serial AHA 162 US

I've gone on all the forums and have not seen anything with that prefix

I love my Glock. It's a model 22 gen 2 in 40 S&W. The trigger takes some getting used........I ordered a Ghost trigger spring/disconnect kit for $20 and it is absolutely the best shooting pistol I own. I would highly recommend the Ghost kit.

Here's a link for the trigger kit:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ghost-3-5-trigger-Connector-Springs-Glock-17-19-22-23-24-26-27-28-29-30-31-32-/270904169529?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f13259439

I installed it myself, but I would recommend a gunsmith if you're not on the up and up on Glocks.

Thanks for the link. Just put 100 rounds through it today and i am surprised that the recoil was not very powerful Cool
