Decided to not take any chances so decided to use my White.Wife was watching me load it.Why are you Double Loading it?Because I'm wanting to kill.Ok!
Went this morning set up,found I was right in where they were Roosting. Not good, they left without me getting a shot.Later started Clucking.Hear some Hens and Poults, see one Hen,too much brush.See another Hen but I'm wanting her to clear a couple trees. She spots me and is gone.
This evening I went to another spot.I'm setting up,PUTT!PUTT! Dang Gun setting next to tree no way for a shot.Set and call nothing.
Thought ok be a Turkey.Start walking the way the Birds went, scratch Leaves as I go.Set up in some Trees, start Yelping, hear Yelping.Do a little talking back and forth.I shut up here they come.Get a Bead on the Hen.Pull trigger won't fire.Safety is stiff have to push a little harder.Push it,get a Bead again, pull Trigger BOOOOM! Smoke clears she is doing the flippity flop.

Way to go David, that is a really fine looking bird, I'm glad that you stuck to it when it looked like you might get skunked. _________________ 2012- 11 pigs Down.
