Here is a great video of a hunt we had in Corrigan, TX about a month ago. Watch as the piglets come out too. Man was this fun.

Nice video from the CC area! Looks like the hogs I "used to have" coming around my lease in Groveton but they are skipped the county on me! Laughing

I don't know if they knew we were there or not but I think they had a feeling
things were not normal. I had some Grime Reaper that I sprayed on some corn in the middle and they went right at it. We were 122 yds. away in a 4x6 blind. There is a ton of hogs at my lease but they are becoming hard to hunt this time of year, maybe it's the heat, they are becoming less predictable which sucks when I can only make it out there about once a month. That 200 lb. boar was some good eating and my freezer is empty at the moment. I got some pics at my other blind of a 350 boar and some red boars that look like they have some Russian in them.

Great video. The only thing I noticed was it looked like it was quite a bit earlier in the day than when they show up on my lease. Good hunt!

It surprised me how early they came out on this hunt, it was about 7:45 pm and usually they are showing up 30 minutes or so after that. It was a beautiful sight when they came out in a single file line from the creek. We are going up this weekend and hunting both of my spots to try to get some more, I have been getting a ton of them on the cameras, even pics of them just napping on the ground, it's crazy. I really believe the numbers in feral hogs are getting out of hand and it scares off the deer on the lease, at least I rarely see them when the hogs are only showing up. I am going to be putting up hog fences around my feeders and in a couple months for deer season because the hogs take over. They use dogs, trap the boars and cut them and also hunt them traditionally out at my lease all the time and they are still everywhere.
