We all made it safely to OK City Friday night for the Car Show-Fundraiser on Saturday...We found out Sat am that we lost about 50 or more carshow entries to a Mustang Show that popped up during the week.. Sad

Even with the loss of the Ford entries, we were able to raise almost 2000.00 for his prosthesis. Very Happy

We are having another show at the Heart O Texas Auto Auctions in Waco on the 17th of July..We will get the ol' boy back up on two feet this year Exclamation

On a sadder note, I am asking for a few prayers for his Mom who suffered a serious heart attack Sunday morning after we got back...She is still in intensive care, and we're not getting much news, good or otherwise from the Dr's at this time..They can't make up their minds as to what the problem is..One diagnosis of Congestive Heart Failure, and the other saying it wasn't a heart attack...She is on a respirator, in and out of consciousness, scared silly because of no insurance other than her Medicare..
We are asking for some strong prayers to get her through this, as her son Blake lost a leg in a home accident last July, and we've been trying to scrape up the 6600.00 that a Dr has negotiated with a prosthetic manufacturer to get him up and walking...It looks like all that has been raised so far will now go to his Mom's medical care... Prayers please, and God bless us all in our troubled times...Bill

Thanks Carl, I'm doing fine, the ribs seem to have settled in where they want to stay Cool

If I can get a few more items sold, I will have a fantastic time in Hawaii Very Happy

Of course if I don't sell enough, I'll just have a great time.. Laughing

I leave on the 20th, and return Aug 5 Getting close now, and everything is paid for now except rental car on Maui, and Harley rental on Oahu Cool

I guess I should put a little back for eating too Rolling Eyes

I will find out more about Blake's Mom in a little while, he said he will call when the next update arrives
