First problem with my eotech.

Well it's been like this since I bought it. When you turn it on NV mode you have to have it on the brightest setting. It's still to bright even on a full moon.

It's like this:


Turn it down once and it turns to the crescent. You can't hit nothing with it I bet
It's like this:

I need to call eotech when I get my new one that I bought in so I can send this one in for repairs.

I would call Eotech and see if there is a way that you can get immediate service and e-mail them the picture with a description of your problem while you are talking to them. Have an e-mail ready to send, when they give you their personal address you hit send and then you can talk to them and they can see the problem.

Ok got it all taken care of and will have my sight this week.
It took a lifting bit of bitching to get him to see that why sight was messed up. Also sent him the picture.

Plus I just re read the email and he's upgraiding me from an XPS3 to an EXPS3!! Wink

I had the same problem with a 522 i bought NIB. It went back to EOTech and was back in my hands 9 days after I sent it...without the problem being fixed. After 15 minutes on the phone, they agreed to replace it, but I was without a working sight for a total of almost a month.

That took them down a couple on notches in my book.
